Big 10 Conference

Registration is open!

Registration is open for the 2024 Big Ten Government Relations Conference at Indiana University Bloomington.

Conference registration remains $425 per person this fall.

The IU University Relations Team has planned two optional pre-conference activities for Monday, October 21.

Golf Scramble at The Pfau Course • 10:30 A.M. ET

Oliver Winery

Oliver Winery Tour and Tasting • 12:00-2:00 P.M. ET

If you are interested in participating, please select one of the options on the registration form - or - select “I do not plan to participate.” Specific details about the activities will be sent to attendees closer to the conference.

Official conference START: Monday, October 21 at 4:00 P.M. ET.
Official conference END: Wednesday, October 23 at 12:00 P.M. ET.

Travel information

Flying to Indiana?

Please fly to Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Bloomington is located less than one hour south of the airport.

We encourage you to use Go Express Travel Airport Shuttle to book your transportation to-and-from IND (or you can book a rental car).

Select:
- From: Indianapolis (IND)
- To: Bloomington Shuttle Stops > I.U. Memorial Union – Bloomington
- Enter Flight Date
- Enter Flight Time
- Select “Shared Ride” for Airport Shuttle
You can book your return shuttle at the same time as booking your arrival shuttle.

The conference is being held at the Indiana Memorial Union.

Attendees are encouraged to book at the Indiana Memorial Union Biddle Hotel.

Rooms are being held on Sunday, October 20 for those coming in for Monday’s optional activities. Otherwise, please book check-in for Monday, October 21 and check-out on Wednesday, October 23.

Please book your room by Friday, September 20 to guarantee group rate.
